BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx. As a Transitional Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose. 💰 What You'll Earn $45-$50/hour Weekly

Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision) 📅 What You'll Work Full-time (minimum $36/hr week) 12-hour day and night shifts available 2 weekend shifts/month required 💪 What You Need Active RN license in the state of New York Graduation from an accredited nursing program 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred) Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset 🏡
