Join Primary Care Solutions as a Nurse Practitioner providing expert care to Veterans at a VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Española, New Mexico. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients and determine care plans.
• Document in VA’s electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with Patient Aligned Care Team.
• Discuss patient outcomes with Medical Director.
• Complete clinical reminders to maintain patient care standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing and NP programs (MSN required).
• Board-certified in family practice or internal medicine.
• Current unrestricted license in New Mexico.
• Current BLS and DEA registration.
• Ability to pass federal background check.

Work Schedule
