About the Role

Join River Valley Family Health Centers as a full-time Family Practice Physician in Montrose, Colorado. This salaried exempt position offers 40 hours per week in a growing, community-focused primary care clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, physical exams, and management plans.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, suturing, casting, and wound care.
• Educate patients on chronic care, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and Dental providers for integrated care.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine license in Colorado with DEA registration.
• Preferred 5+ years experience.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to travel between clinics.
• Professional bedside manner and team player.
