Key Responsibilities
Provide patient services delegated by a Registered Physical Therapist and assist in the development of rehabilitative plans of care. Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes while ensuring patient safety and care standards are met.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a valid state license. A current CPR (BLS) certification and the ability to perform physical assessments and home visits are required.
