The Nurse Practitioner will conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. They will also collaborate with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment across multiple locations.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license and ANCC or AANP Board Certification. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred, along with reliable transportation for travel.
