Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing evaluations and developing care plans for residents with mental and physical impairments. They also supervise therapy staff, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered and licensed by the New York State Education Department or hold a valid limited permit. A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in long-term care or homecare, is required.
