The Pharmacist will lead the development and implementation of clinical programs, including drug utilization reviews and health management initiatives. They will also provide clinical expertise to internal teams, clients, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee to ensure cost-effective and high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD and possess a current, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license. At least two years of clinical experience or a managed care pharmacy residency is required.
