Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy services to patients via telemedicine for community health center partners. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, conduct psychosocial assessments, and participate in multidisciplinary case planning.
Requirements
Must hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in California. Requires experience or training in evidence-based trauma modalities and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
