The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication dispensing, clinical monitoring, and ensuring safe medication practices. They also oversee pharmacy staff, manage controlled substances, and participate in clinical initiatives like antibiotic and opioid stewardship.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy and possess a valid Registered Pharmacist license. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience and proficiency with USP 795, 797, 800 standards and Epic software.
