Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy sessions in the child's natural environment based on the Individual Family Service Plan. Collaborate with families and other professionals to support the child's developmental goals and maintain accurate service documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy license and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Applicants are also required to pass child abuse, criminal background, and FBI clearances.
