PRN Hospital Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for verifying physician orders, adjusting medication dosages, and providing patient education within a hospital setting. They also supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with accreditation, narcotics control, and inventory management standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD and possess a valid pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin. Previous in-patient or hospital pharmacy experience and IV experience are preferred.
