Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph degree with relevant clinical experience and an active state pharmacy license. A Parenteral Certification issued by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is required, along with proficiency in pharmacy computer systems.
