Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will direct and provide medical and clinical services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for individuals in crisis. They will also collaborate with the clinical team and community providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate involuntary evaluation processes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Virginia and a Master’s level certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Additionally, they must possess a current DEA registration and be able to pass required background checks and credentialing processes.
