Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support and behavioral health services by assessing client needs and establishing therapeutic relationships. Coordinate and design individual treatment plans while maintaining documentation and communicating with families, agencies, and courts.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field along with an LSW or LPC license. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client homes and various locations.
