Key Responsibilities
The infectious disease pharmacist will support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and provide clinical drug therapy monitoring for inpatient and outpatient populations. They are responsible for making independent clinical decisions, interpreting physician orders, and educating medical staff and students.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Pharmacist license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy. A Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with a residency or at least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
